Despite the wind and rain, I went for a run yesterday, it was tough pushing myself to get of out the door, but I'm glad I did.

There were some amazing colours, the sky had various shades of grey, but it was wonderful mixed the vibrant shades of green from the trees and silky wheat fields. I like the month of May and especially living in the countryside.

I was out of bed this morning at 06:30 am for a cycle ride. It was still raining!!!?. I was about 10 miles into my ride just approaching a 8% hill when pssssssstttttt.. ... . . blast I forgot my puncture repair kit.
